• Maximum size for single door opening (non-rated, SLC3, SLC5, SLC7) is 4’0″ x 10’0″ (1219mm x 3048mm), regular and double egress paired openings is 8’0″ x 10’0″ (2438mm x 3048mm) Maximum size for single door opening , and door/transom (20 Min. fire-rated, SLC3, SLC5, SLC7), double door paired opening (dependent on hardware used) up to 8’0″ x 10’0″ (2438mm x 3048mm)
• For 1 3/4″ (44mm) standard, 1 3/8″ (35mm, nonrated only).  Contact us for information on other thicknesses built up with multiple layers of crossbanding
• Stiles consist of 2-ply laminated wood with the outer edge hardwood matching (compatible with) the face veneer, and a mill option inner edge
• Rails consist of mill option wood rails, matching (compatible) rails available upon request
• Pregraded faces: hardboard, medium density overlay, or premium 3-ply veneered skins (minimum 1/50″ veneer before sanding). Veneers available in a wide variety of species and cuts. Selected plastic laminates (nominal 0.050″) with standard 3-ply or 5-ply crossbanded construction 
• Complete range of machining capabilities and detailing available
• Light openings: Cut-out area may not exceed 40% of the face of the door or half the height of the door to comply with the warranty. For 20 minute rated doors, the total visible area of single or multiple lights may not exceed 1296 sq. in. per leaf, with a maximum width of 36″ or a maximum height of 54″. All cutouts must be a minimum of 6″ from the edge of the door or any other cutouts and/or hardware preps. Louvres are not allowed in 20 minute doors
