Features:

• Maximum size for single door opening (non-rated) is 4’0″ x 10’0″ (1219mm x 3048mm), regular and double egress paired openings is 8’0″ x 10’0″ (2438mm x 3048mm)
• For 1 3/4″ (44mm) door thickness standard, 1 3/8″ (35mm) available
• Stiles consist 2-ply laminated wood with the outer edge hardwood matching (compatible with) the face veneer, and a mill option inner edge
• Rails consist of mill option wood rails, matching (compatible) rails available upon request
• Pregraded faces: hardboard, medium density overlay, or premium 3-ply veneered skins (minimum 1/50″ veneer before sanding). Veneers available in a wide variety of species and cuts
• Special inner blocking options may be specified for reinforcing of hardware, including lockblocks
• Complete range of machining capabilities and detailing available
• Light openings: Cut-out area may not exceed 40% of the face of the door or half the height of the door to comply with the warranty. All cutouts must be a minimum of 6″ from the edge of the door or any other cutouts and/or hardware preps
