Features:

• Maximum size for single door opening, and door/transom is 4’0″ x 10’0″ (1219mm x 3048mm), regular  paired openings (dependent on blocking and hardware preps) is 8’0″ x 9’0″ (2438mm x 2743mm) 
• For 1 3/4″ (44mm) standard, 1 3/8″ (35mm, nonrated only).  Contact us for information on other thicknesses built up with multiple layers of crossbanding
• Untreated solid hardwood stiles matching (compatible with) the face veneer
• Untreated softwood rails, matching (compatible) rails available upon request. Minimum dimensions are after factory undersizing
• Pregraded faces: hardboard, medium density overlay, or premium 3-ply veneered skins (minimum 1/50″ veneer before sanding), or plastic laminate (overlaid on a sanded hardboard substrate). Veneers available in a wide variety of species and cuts
• Complete range of machining capabilities and detailing available
• Special inner blocking options may be specified for reinforcing of hardware, including lockblocks 
• Light openings: Cut-out area may not exceed 40% of the face or half of the door height to comply with the warranty. For forty-five-minute rated doors, the total visible area of single or multiple lights may not exceed 1296 sq. in. per leaf, with a maximum width of 36″, or a maximum height of 54″. All cut-outs must be 6″ from the edge of the door or any other cutouts and/or hardware preps, with a minimum bottom rail of 10″
