Features:

• Maximum size for single door opening, and door/transom is 4’0″ x 10’0″ (1219mm x 3048mm). Maximum size for double door opening (dependent on blocking and hardware preps) 8’0″ x 9’0″ (2438mm x 2743mm)
• For 1 3/4″ (44mm) door thickness standard
• Stiles consist of Firestop II with softwood edges, matching stiles (compatible with) the face veneer available upon request.
• Rails consist of Firestop II composite rails with optional outer band of softwood, matching (compatible) top rail available upon request.
• Pregraded faces, hardboard, or premium 2-, 3-, or 4-ply veneered skins (minimum 1/60″ veneer before sanding).  Veneers available in a wide variety of species and cuts
• Complete range of machining capabilities and detailing available
• Special inner blocking options may be specified for hardware reinforcement or light cutouts
• For 60 minute-rated doors, the total visible area of single or multiple lights may not exceed 100 sq. in. per leaf, with a maximum width of 10″, or a maximum height of 33″. All cut-outs must be 6″ from the edge of the door or any other cutouts and/or hardware preps with a minimum bottom rail of 10″
